The groundnuts, which are used for making these Roasted Peanuts, have 10% wetness. Whenever the wet groundnuts are kept for a longer period of time, they have a possibility to cause illness. But, despite of the fact, these groundnuts are kept to relieve maximum amount of their dryness. Prior to this, extensive roasting of these peanuts is done, which results in the groundnuts 10% weight loss. All of these Peanuts are roasted in mud, prior to which hot air is used, thus minimizing the existence of soil, dust and other contamination.

Set standards are upheld while processing these Blanched Peanuts. Before decortications, the processer sprinkles water on groundnut pod, which develop aflatoxin, because of moisture. This Blanched Peanuts are free from any type of impurities. The highest quality of groundnut seed is used for growing these Blanched Peanuts. The peanuts are cultivated mainly in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Orissa. We bring groundnut in raw form from these places.

Environment For Cultivation : The Peanuts are subtropical legume crop needing relatively warm growing conditions and 500 mm to 600 mm of well distributed rainfall, plus stored soil , water to produce a high – yielding crop.
