Advantage of Straw Reaper
Tubewell Boring Machine is used to drill the earth for getting water lying at different depths. It is a high stroke assembled machine which is employed for land boring driven by 8HP, 12HP engine power.
Boring Machine is well suited to flow out of water from land with boring in land approximately above 500ft depending of boring size 6inch, 12inch. It is highly influenced in agriculture field during puddle.
JAGATJIT has developed this perfect machine for chopping all types of crop residue in straw such as wheat, Paddy, maize, Sorghum, Sunflower etc. Thus offering high versatility and making it ideal solution for customers working under contract.
The machine in a single operation chops the left stubbles and spread it on the ground. The chopped and spreaded stubbles are then easily buried in the soil by the use of single operation of Rotavator or disc harrow and decayed after irrigation. Subsequently, wheat sowing is done as usual by the use of strip till drill, no-till drill or traditional drill. Machine consists of a rotary shaft mounted with blades named as flail to harvest the straw and chopping unit consisting of knives. Machine is operated by 45 hp tractor and has 228 cm width of cut. Size of chopped stubbles at flail speed of about 900 rpm and chopper speed of about 1500 rpm was found to vary between 710 cm. He said the machine can be operated by 45-50 Hp tractors and can chop paddy residue of 6-8 acres/day. Incorporation of paddy residue in soil prevents loss of soil nutrients and improves soil health.

Product BenfitsIt consists of a seed box, fertilizer box, seed and fertilizer metering mechanisms, furrow opener tynes, PTO drive gear box, cutter blades mounted on a shaft, drive wheel and adjustable depth wheels.The sowing depth can be adjusted by depth wheel.Seed & fertilizer quantities can be varied independently with the help of metering devices.Cutter blades shred crop residue and forged tynes make furrow for sowing seeds on straw free residue seed bed.Cutter blades cut residue and make it fit to be absorbed in soil as organic mass.
Operated by tractor PTO has cutter bar reel, feeding auger and bruising cylinder like a traditional thresher. Straw thrown and stubble left by the grain combine is collected by straw combine and delivered to the cylinder concave section, where it is cut into pieces and passed through the concave. A reciprocating cutter bar is used for reaping the standing stubbles and the portion of the straw left uncut by the combine harvester. Straw, which passes through the concave, is aspirated by a blower and fed into a trolley on rear side covered by a wire net. For recovering the left grains from the straw, a sieve system is provided below the concave.
The tyres fixed on the reel pipes push the straw of wheat crop left after combine operation towards the oscillating cutter bar after which the harvest straw reaches the threshing drum after passing Auger and guide drum. The wheat Straw gets crushed in very small pieces in the threshing unit. The product fine straw is sucked by the blowers and is then pushed towards the outlet pipe by blower and which is collected in the Trailer fitted with wire mesh.
