Our offered range of Precision Straightener is extensively required wherein; the combine coil straightening units are built to provide a straightened stock to the press for qualitative finished products. Precision Straightener are power driven, harden and ground pinch rollers supported with the help of needle bearings and have enough power to unwind the stock. The hardened and ground straightening rollers are centrally adjustable and supported in needle bearings and the loop control system automatically trips the motor on and off. This assures the required stock advance per minute. Moreover, variable drive in provided to match the straightened feed according to the feed of the press. In addition, the four power driven hardened and grounded coil rollers are available with the cradle mounted in anti friction bearing arranged in arc to equalize weight distribution.
