Mold changes are inherent part of the molding system. A considerable amount of time is spent during mold change on the water connection & disconnection. Profitability is directly affected by such time loss. With the aim of continual improvement and minimizing unproductive time we have developed SQC connector. With this connector water connection and disconnection time has brought down to less than 5 minutes. (For mold with 16 water connections) Hose connector nipple on the mold is hazardous and risks the damage during handling and storage. Keeping safety at a prime concern the sockets are designed to submerge in the plates, giving flush mounting. Sockets can be easily adopted on the present molds by a minor rework. Sockets to use without any rework on the present molds are available on request. Sockets are fixed once for all in the mold plates and they becomes the integral part of the mold. Hose connector is permanently fixed on the water hose. Connectors are designed to work at 8 bar pressure, are user friendly and virtually maintenance free. Productivity of the molding systems is improved in many folds with this connector due to the full flow characteristics and time savings. The connector will pay for itself in a short time by the additional productivity gain.

What is the end use of this closure system? This closure system can be used for variety of end use like packaging Edible oil, Lubricating oil, Chemicals, Detergents, Floor cleaner, Window cleaner, Disinfectants, Hand wash, Pesticides, Agric and veterinary products, Thinners & Varnishes, Fruit juice concentrates, Syrups, etc. This closure can be used on all bulk packs where the liquid needs to be removed from the packs on multiple occasions, and may be with a portion control (measure). What are the sizes available in this closure system? Closure with this concept can be used from a small neck like 38 mm to large neck like 120 mm. What is available in the Indian market This type of closure is NOT AVAILABLE IN INDIA as at now. Enquiries from end users or the existing closure manufacturer are well come for commercial development. Important design considerations 1. User friendly - Does not require special tool to open and reclose after use. 2. Ensures hygiene – Measuring cup ensures that dust, dirt or foreign body will not contaminate the content, as well the smell or odor of the product will not go out after capping correctly. 3. Spillage free – Design of the closure ensures that the spillage if any, during the removal of content, will go back in the container. 4.   Dosing or portion control - Content can be used in portion as required without any external measuring device. Cover cap is graduated for portion control. 5. Improved aesthetics - Bottles look big and impressive. 6. Leak proof & temper evident pack - Full fill the basic requirement of packaging to ensure the content reach to customer in the same condition it was packed on filling line. 7. Reusable - Bottle and closure assembly can be re-used. 8. Easy change over from existing closure system - Existing bottles can use the closure with replacement of change part on the bottle mould at nominal price. 9. Cost effective - Eliminate the use of plug, induction wad or foil seals to ensure tamper evident and leak proof function. Second operation and inventory is eliminated

Our Energy audit methodology is a systematic approach to reduce energy consumption. . The ultimate aim of the Energy Audit is to reduce the energy cost per unit of production. . A systematic approach to Energy Audit is to identify all Energy users and ask simple questions related to energy like What? When? Why? Where? . Energy audit then classified the losses as "Avoidable “and "Unavoidable " losses. . The entire focus of the audit will be to reduce the Avoidable losses.

We provide preventive maintenance is a scientific tool to maintain and up keep the machine & equipments in perfect running condition.

We are offering plastic recycling projects. Our recycling refers to the process of collecting used materials which is usually considered as ‘waste’ and reprocessing them. In this process these used materials are sorted and processed to be used as ‘raw materials’ for the production of new products. Recycling varies from ‘re-use’ in the sense that while re-use just means using old products repeatedly, recycling means using the core elements of an old product as raw material to manufacture new goods. Some of the most common items that are recycled are plastic, glass, paper, batteries, aluminium etc.
