Precast magnets, also known as formwork magnets, As the prefabricated construction industry rapidly advances, magnetic fastening products such as shuttering magnets have become essential in the production of precast concrete components. The magnetic block is embedded directly within the formwork, providing a more convenient, efficient, and stable solution compared to traditional magnetic boxes.
Using the magnetic block's holding power, the formwork is securely attached to the template, ensuring that the formwork system stays fixed in place. The integration of the steel formwork and magnetic blocks prevents any positional movement, ensuring the formwork system remains undistorted. Additionally, the simple and quick operation of the magnets makes the process safer and more stable overall. With the help of a pry bar, the formwork magnet can be lifted, allowing the steel formwork to be removed easily from the template. Since the magnets are situated inside the groove of the steel formwork, concrete debris or other contaminants won’t damage the formwork system.
