Our product range contains a wide range of TIN BRONZE METAL
We are involved in the production of extensive range of Gunmetal. There is also known as LEADED TIN BRONZE METAL and its STANDARD is IS-318. Its preparing assistance has been derived from BS-1400.
Generally, it is used in small and big Bushes for Engines, Pumps, Valves, Impellers, Flanges, and Light & Heavy Engineering Industries. In detail, LTB1 & LTB2 for general castings have fair strength and good machine properties in Bushes, Valve fitting and Pump Parts. LTB3 & LTB4 are suitable for high speed and heavy and moderate bearing uses in Submersible Pump Bushes-Bearings. Grade LTB5 is suitable for hard or moderately hard shaft with loads and speeds moderate or low with rather less adequate lubrication and alignment. Grade LTB6 is used for bearing under light load and high speed.
