OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS :

It is recommended to ensure oiling of oil cups, bearings, striking bars, filter clamps, vertical & horizontal wheels after every four hours working.

  • Greasing of quarter shaft every fifteen days
  • On reduction of pressure of striking bars, belts should be oiled & tightened below the quarter shaft to ensure smooth working.
NOTE :
  • No warranty or guarantee of any kind is undertaken in case of having installed electric motor by purchasing it from other sources or mounted on the shaft producing 450 RPM or cam shaft 100 RPM resulting into more then 95 to 100 kg pressure per minute
