We are engaged in processing various kinds of spices such as Green Elaichi or Green Cardamom, which is a member of ginger-family perennial native to India. After saffron and vanilla, Elaichi is one of the expensive spices. Elaichi is known for its medicinal usages, its utilization in beverages and in different cuisines. These can be used as a whole or can be splited at the time of cooking. Also, the seeds taken out of pods are bruised and fried before the main ingredients are added to the pan or pounded with other spices.
