This high speed and highly accurate machine is appropriate for applying full 360 Degree wrap around and oriented half labeling on semless plastic tubes.

This machine ideal for :

360 degree wrap around label on semless tubes with and without cap option. Oriented labeling by sensing black mark on the tube and by sensing flip notch of snap on caps.

• Labeling options like half label or full 360 drgree round from single station
• this is a servo motor based operated self developed efficient label applicator
• Servo motor based pre-orientation of tube ensure ragistration.
• This machine comes with an option for Flame/Corona unit for pre-treatment of tubes before labeling
• Automatic selection for Good tubes and Bad tubes.
