SBM Bellowsoffers a wide range of Insulated Aluminium/Copper Strips and Wires which are used for winding coil of Transformers, Motors, Switchgear and other electrical Products. We are one of the leading manufacturer and supplier of Aluminium/ Copper Strips and wire in Eastern India since last three decades. We are preferred supplier to almost all the leading manufacturer of Transformers, Switchgears, Panel in Eastern and North Eastern India.

We use only Electrolytic Grade (EC) grade Aluminium and Copper Rods procured from reputed company like Hindustan Copper, Sterlite Industries, Birla Copper, NALCO. The Insulating material like Kraft Paper, Nomex, Cotton Tape, Polyster etc are of electrical grade and procured from authorized dealer of reputed manufacturer like Raman Board, ITC, Senapathy, DuPont etc.

Product Range: We manufacture and supply all sizes of Aluminium/Copper Strips and Wires which are possible from 8mm, 11mm &12.5mm Rod as per customer requirements and specification. The tolerance (positive/negative) are kept strictly as percustomerrequirement both for bare sizes and as well as overall dimension. The Insulation are done as per customers requirements like double Paper Covering(DPC), Triple Paper Covering(TPC), Multiple Paper Covering(MPC) etc.

Our right mix of imported and indigenous machines helps us to manufacture Export quality Strips and Wires at a competitive rate. Further periodical calibration of Testing and Measuring equipments and repeated quality check at each process as per ISO 9001:2008 ensure high quality and accuracy of bare & finished dimension of Product.
