Our product range contains a wide range of Sabudana Vada and Samosa
Sabudana Vada is one of those recipes that is made during religious fasting (vrat or upvas). This light and crispy sabudana vada is not only fun to eat snacks but also a preferred fasting food during fasting days and festivals like Navratri. This is also and easy kid's snacks that can be served in breakfast or packed in their lunch box.
Ingredients:1/2 cup sabudana (small tapioca pearls)2 large potatoes boiled1/4 cup peanuts roasted and coarsely crushed1 teaspoon sesame seeds1 green chilli deseeded and finely chopped1/2 teaspoon grated ginger1/2 coriander leaves finely chopped1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder1 teaspoon lemon juice1 teaspoon sugar (optional) salt oil1/3 cup water (to soak sabudana)
HOW TO COOK?Thawing of product not required.Cook from frozen to get best results.
DEEP FRYPreheat oil (max. temperature of 175C recommended). Deep fry for 3 minutes to a light golden colour. It is ready to cook further as per the recipe.
Oven BakePreheat oven 220C. Apply oil on both sides of the product. Arrange the product on single layer on baking tray. Bake for 10 min or until crispy brown. Remove and Serve hot.
Can also be cooked in Air Fryer.
