        An oscillating type of shower provides continuous movement of the shower to assure complete & uniform coverage with minimal wastage. It consists of a gear motor assembly which is connected to an eccentric disc. This disc converts the rotational motion to lateral motion of the shower, thereby ensuring proper spray on the wire. Precision nozzles ensure that the water is sprayed uniformly over the wire. The shower system is also fitted with a brush assembly which helps in proper cleaning of the shower. The brush assembly consists of set of nylon brushes and a hand wheel. They are designed in such a manner that their interference does not restrict the flow of water through the nozzles. Oscillating showers are used in all types of applications where high-pressure water jets are required to clean paper machine fabrics or cylinders. The S.S self cleaning shower comes with a disc type jet nozzle & a brush assembly. In order to achieve the desired quality of paper it is necessary that the shower systems are in place. To achieve optimum and effective spray of water, the spray angle has been maintained at 60o . This ensures that the felt is covered completely by the shower system. It utilizes a hand wheel to rotate the brush assembly. The brushes do not shut down the spraying operation. The shower continues to spray during the flush out operation. The brush sections are staggered at 120o intervals along the shower. Large passages between the brush sections allow full flow while the system operates. Brush interference with the nozzle inlet does not adversely affect the performance when the flush out valve is in the full operating position.   Features :   1. The Pneumatic Auto Guide System (Piston Type) are designed for use in wire, press and dryer section of paper machines. All piston guides have a compact, enclosed design.     Features : 1. The portion of sensing palm that comes in contact with the fabric is fitted with a ceramic coated strip thus giving a very long life to the palm and also avoids any damage to the fabric due to wear on the sensing palm. 2.   With fibers being recycled again and again, the inherent strength of paper falls; fibers become less flexible, less permeable and harder to process.
