Ash Handling Pumps

The Multi PD Pump is designed for handling either fine or coarse fly ash from ESPs or from bag filters and can be used to convey directly to the main silos without using an intermediate hopper. There can be up to 8 pumps connected on the same pipeline with an ESP. The solution is to use alternative fuels for kilnsboilers such as classic and alternative fuels (e.g. shredded plastic and production wastes, old tires and grinding dusts, meat and bone meal and processed domestic waste). The problem with this is that these very different materials pose extremely difficult challenges regarding the design of the feeding and conveying systems. A solution that saves costs and personnelSchenck Processs system is extremely economical, uses variable concepts. It does not require either structural changes or reserve silos. Alternative fuels are either discharged directly from tractor trailers with walking floors, or are delivered in tipping containers. The material is added to the MULTIDOS weighfeeder via the extraction screws and chain conveyor. An appropriate amount of fuel is then fed into the Blow-Through-Rotary-Valve IDMS 100, and then conveyed directly to the burner.

Airlock for sanitary processesThe Global Cleanable Airlock (GCA) is ideal for applications where dry raw or finished products are being handled in the process and where inspection or system clean-out are required. Because the GCA is designed for high process rates and possesses a number of features suited for sanitary processes the airlock is perfect for food and pet food applications. Dust-tight material flow valveStock Bulk Material Valves (BMV) are used to control material flow from bins, hoppers, chutes, silos, and long downspouts. The self-cleaning rack and pinion design makes this valve extremely suitable for bulk material applications where positive shut-off is required through a standing column of material. The pinions drive through the gate ladder racks providing self-cleaning operation. Any material accumulating on top of the gate rack will be crushed and passed through thus eliminating the possibility of gate binding. Stock bulk material valves are designed for material handling applications that involve harsh environments, wide temperature ranges, pressure differentials, and unusual flow characteristics. All Bulk Material Valves are dust-tight to the outside plant area. The overlap, closure of the gate and self-cleaning racks makes these valves well suited for handling fine and dusty materials. The Stock design allows for routine maintenance and inspection and permits the removal of the gate assembly while the valve remains in place. The gate operating shaft is located above the gate rack, keeping bearings, rollers, and the pinion shaft out of active material stream.
