Selective Pallet Racking Consists of a full range of basic components and accessories to fullfill all of your requirement. The system is designed for optimizing the storage of load units with different sizes and weights. the upright is cold form steel profile with omega shaped section.

Double Deep Racking stores two pallets deep, or four pallets deep in a double entry rack. Double entry racks reduce the aisle to rack ratio but also reduces pallet selectivity, increasing storage density. 50% immediate pallet access provides reasonable stock rotation on a FILO (First In Last Out) basis and makes good use of all available locations. This system is best used when each SKU has several pallets.

Drive-In pallet racking allows you to store number of pallets in depth similar to block stackingIt allows product of a single SKU to be stored in the same lane. It enables maximum use of space & increase storage capacity as number of aisle required are minimum. Drive-In Racks allow a lift truck to enter the rack from one side to pick up or pull out pallets. Picking and replenishment is facilitated by means of conventional forklift trucks, keeping costs to a minimum. Drive-In racks are typically subject to more abuse than selective racks due to the way they are utilized, so rack integrity and strength are important factors.Ideal solution for homogeneous products with large number of pallets per SKU. It is ideal rack for cooler or freezer applications.

Pallet shuttle racking provides our clients a high density storage system that allows you to store multiple pallets in a deep lane configuration. The system also gives you the flexibility of retrieving pallets from any lane with multiple SKU locations without driving into the system.

Pallet Stuttle Racking is a self contained unit powered by 24V li-ion battery. One full charge will work for 5 hours . Customer can have second set of batteries in case he wish to work continuously. Pallet shuttle can be used in temperatures as low as -30C The Pallet Shuttle is designed to transport pallets being stored into the system, and retrieve the pallets as needed for shipment . Idealy suitable for Last-in First-out (LIFO)&First-in First Out (FIFO)
