The Components Our Machines are made of polypropylene plastics comprising of Titanium tank, Silver Filter, Gold Filter, Precipitating Tank, Acid Storage Tanks, Compressor, Scrubbers, PLC Panel & Imported Vacuum Pump and Motors. Although Components are not limited to this, there are custom features available wherein customers can add or remove parts with respect to their personal usage.  User friendly We design gold refining plants with a combination of innovative process technology and efficient handling. Scrubbers are considered to be the key component of gold refining plants as the meaning itself justifies the importance “to clean any substance”  Neutralises the smoke from acidic reaction Our Scrubbers are made up of polypropylene plastic material with high tech mechanism which neutralises the smoke coming out from acidic reaction.  Gold recovery from tiniest substaces In our case only neutralising the smoke is not enough. There are tiny particles of gold which are transformed in gaseous form and it is difficult to see through a necked eye. separate Vessel dedicated to flakes making.This vessel helps in making fine grains which doesn’t get stuck at any part of the vessel.  Separate Vessel Dedicated To Flakes Making Flakes making vessel is not given much of an importance as in the current generation flakes are made manually in different objects or vessels where there are chances of flakes getting stuck and in case of big lots it becomes difficult to transfer the same to next process, This is the reason we have come up with a separate Vessel dedicated to flakes making.  Corrosive Resistance To Acids Our flakes making vessel is made of 100% titanium which has a property of corrosive resistance to acids used in gold refining.  Prevents grains from getting stuck This vessel helps in making fine grains which doesn’t get stuck at any part of the vessel.  Easy Transfer we have given a tilting handle which helps in transferring the flakes to any other vessel or tank.
