Our Scrubbers are made up of polypropylene plastic material with high tech mechanism which neutralises the smoke coming out from acidic reaction.

In our case only neutralising the smoke is not enough. There are tiny particles of gold which are transformed in gaseous form and it is difficult to see through a necked eye. We provide high quality premium range induction furnace for precious metals which is based on computerized programmable microcontroller and works on PID Controlling for power saving and perfect heat controlling.
Our machine safety measures include Water fail protection, Over water temperature protection, Tank capacitor voltage protection, IGBT protection and Safety with Voltage protection. The use of microcontroller-based program is to adhere all the safety operations and also protect all the spare parts of the furnace. It is attached with a display which indicates the process status and errors (if any).
