Double Cone Vacuum Dryer are most useful for drying of heat sensitive materials used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. It consists of a conical cylinder provided with a jacket for steam or oil heating. The indirect heating process is carried out under vacuum, recovery of solvent is possible by condensing the vapour generated during operation. The cone rotates at a slow RPM to ensure gentle agitation of the entire mass.

For lab grinding of wet or dry material. Is a machine where jars and media of different materials of construction can be used to determine grinding results. Is used by the paint, ink, dyestuff, chemical, electronic and pharmaceutical industries prior to scale up application in ball mills.

The original Definition of ASTM of Grease was "A” solid or semi solid combination of petroleum products and a soap or mixtures of soaps with or without fillers, suitable for certain types of lubrication. Subsequent technological advances have led to the use of synthetic lubricating fluids on the one hand and non-soap thickener’s on the other hand. Current - Modified Definition of Grease is "A solid or semi solid product of dispersion of thickening agent in liquid lubricant. Other ingredients imparting special properties may be included”. Most greases are in fact is a combination of petroleum oils and metallic soaps.

This agitator is excellent for mixing both wet and dry ingredients. It's recommended for mixing heavy, resistant items such as fertilizer, plaster, chemicals, minerals, detergents, sweeping compounds, dry wall products and caulking, as well as coffee, tea, and soil mixes; oil bound distemper, putty and other heavy chemicals etc. Our paddle agitator is also extensively employed in the feed manufacturing industry mixing feeding rations for poultry, cattle, dairy, horses and sheep with and without liquid molasses and fat.

The drive consists of a 3 Ph TEFC 415 V electric motor coupled to a horizontal worm reduction gear box complete with couplings, guards etc which run the ribbons at approx 50 RPM.

Used for converting molten slurriers into dried solid flakes. In the Drum DryerFlaker material is fed into a feed hopper which directs the materials on to the face of a rotating drum. The drum is heated or cooled depending on the application to enable the material to cling to the outside of the drum. The material is dried during the rotation of the drum and is removed by a blade or scrapper mounted along the length of the roll. Materials processed in the drum dryer are caustic soda, resins, waxes, fatty acids, guar gum, sulphur dyes etc.
