SAF MPHT-ASHRAE [M6-F9]

SAF's MPHT Ashrae high-temperature filters are used for air filtration Usage Zone involving temperatures up to 350 Deg C & peaks up to 455 Deg C. The silicone - free filter media are made of special, temperature-resistant glass fiber paper with high mechanical stability and moisture resistance. Mini pleat design separators maintain the pleat distance. Protection grids on both upstream and downstream side also prevent damage to the filter medium. The protection grids and the filter frame consist of galvanized steel, to reduce the risk of particle shedding caused by the constantly high temperatures. SAF's high-temperature Ashrae filters are equipped with a temperature-resistant gasket to preclude leaks.

SAF MPHT-HEPA [H10-H14]

AFi's MPHT Hepa high-temperature filters are used for air filtration Usage Zone involving temperatures up to 450Deg C with peaks up to 555 Deg C. The silicone - free filter media are made of special, temperature-resistant glass fibre paper with high mechanical stability and moisture resistance. Micro glass paper separators maintain the pleat distance. Protection grids on both upstream and downstream side also prevent damage to the filter medium. The protection grids and the filter frame consist of galvanized steel, to reduce the risk of particle shedding caused by the constantly high temperatures. SAF's high-temperature Hepa filters are equipped with a temperature-resistant gasket to preclude leaks.

SAF LHT-300 [G4]

Our high temp oven filters, LHT-300 series uses a special glass fiber media supported by a high temp glass fiber cloth & wire mesh on both sides. The pleated media pack is encased in a fine galvanized metal housing for high temperature applications.

SAF GFM-200 [G4]

The GFM-200 is a filter media composed of finest glass fibers. Thanks to its progressive structure, which means that the density of the fiber is increasing towards the clean air side, the depth effect and the high dust holding capacity are guaranteed. For the special application, systems with an extremely high temperature, a particular bonding agent is applied.

The filter radial wedge pleat ensures that the greatest media area is exposed to the air flow to promote uniform dust loading. An incremental structure of frame retardant synthetic fiber filter media, confirming to European DIN53438 is glued with fine Aluminum mesh to give maximum grid throughout. Finally housed in a water proofing cardboard frame.

V Bank HEPA [H10-H14]

SAFs V Bank HEPA filter features a fire retardant, water resistant glass fiber media housed in a robust polystyrene frame. The pleats are separated with thermoplastic (hotmelt) separators. A very high ratio of media to filter face area ensures that the filter is capable to handle very high air flow volume at relatively low pressure drop.

SAF GSF-450 [G3 & G4]

Our GSF-450 high temp oven filter media imported from Japan is made up of a special combination of glass and synthetic non woven materials formed in a pleated or flat construction with support of metal wire mesh and finally housed in a galvanized / aluminum / ss metal frame supported by metal face guards at both ends. This filter is capable of resisting a continuous temp of 300 deg C and 450 deg C at peak. Our GSF-450 is capable o filtering tar, soot, dust and other particles in high temp drying room to prevent damage to the surface paint quality of the articles.

V Bank ASHRAE [M6-F9]

SAF's V Bank ASHRAE filter features a fire retardant, water resistant glass fiber media housed in a robust polystyrene frame. The pleats are separated with thermoplastic (hotmelt) separators. A very high ratio of media to filter face area ensures that the filter is capable to handle very high air flow volume at relatively low pressure drop.

SAF DPHT-ASHRAE [M6-F9]

Our metal frame separator style deep pleat Ashrae filters for Usage Zone with high temperature requirements up to 385 deg C for exhaust air & 450 C during peak 1 hour. High Temperature Filters are available with either a gasket or fluid seal. Each Deep pleat Ashrae filter has a minimum efficiency of 65%-95% when tested at rated capacity on a 52.2 Test Rig. Each filter is challenged with an approved nearly mono dispersed oil aerosol of 1-3 micron size and by measuring the upstream and downstream concentration of these particle with a light scattering photometer, the penetration can be determined and the efficiency can be calculated.

Filter made out of imported non woven media

of 150g supported by 1 layer of course woven mesh on air entry side and 1

layer of heavy duty molded Pvc net on air exit side, finally housed in a

galvanized / Aluminum frame, flange or box type. All four sides are potted

with a special PU resin with sponge effect. 100% media is machine pleated to

face the max air flow

SAF HT-300 [G4]

Our HT-300 high temperature oven filters uses glass fiber media bonded together into a uniform high efficiency mat. The media pack is encased in a metallic housing for high temperature applications. The filter layer of this special media on the air exit side ensures that fibers do not migrate into the air stream. The clean air side is identify by a mark on the filter frame. Our HT-300 is an ideal choice in drying oven for automotive industry.
