Sieve Shaker

A.Carries upto 7 sieves of 20 diameter. The shaker is driven by a h.p. electric motor through a reduction gear. The sieve table does not rotable but is inclined from the vertical axis and the direction changes progressively in the clockwise direction. By removal of a stop-pin fixed to below the table, the shaker can have a rotary motion. In addition to the gyratory motion of the table, there is an upward and downward movement ensuring that ench square cm of the sieve is utilisd. The whole gear meachanism runs in an oil bath.

Suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 cycles, single phase, A.C. supply Supplied without sieves.

Optional Extras :Adaptor for 30 cm diameter sieves.Time switch, 0-60 mins in 5 min graduations.

Sieve Shaker Rotap :The Rotap Shaker is durably constructed and is run by a H.P. electric motor. Running parts operated under oil. Machine is easily installed. No foundations are required. It reproduces circular and tapping motion with uniformity not obtainable in sand testing. It can accommodate 6/7 full height with one set of lid and pan 20 cm dia sieves supplied without sieves.
Sieve Shaker (Wet) Yoder Type.This is used for determining the proportion of water stable aggregates in soil, particularly for agricultural purposes. It is based on a design by yodar.

Specification:-Consists of a water reservoir and a holder for sieves which can take upto 7 sieves of 15 cm or 20 cm diameter. The sieve holder connected to a reciprocating mechanism moves up and down in a water reservoir. The receiprocating mechanism is connected to a reduction gear coupled to motor. Suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 cycles single phase A.C. supply.

Sieve Shaker (Wet) Yoder Type.Similar to Ss-45 but with a provision for mounting four sets of sieves at a time. Each set could contain upto7 sieves of 15 cm or 20 cm diameter supplied without sieves.
