The process starts with designing the bag and selecting the appropriate materials for it. The material is then cut and shaped according to the design using specialized tools and machinery. After the material is cut, it is stitched together using various stitching techniques to create the bag's structure. The straps, zippers, and other hardware are also added at this stage. Once the bag is complete, it undergoes a final inspection to ensure that it meets the required quality standards. Hand bag manufacturing requires skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail. The process involves a combination of traditional techniques and modern machinery to create bags that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Ensuring that the materials used is of high quality and sourced responsibly is important. Hand bag manufacturing is a complex process that involves multiple stages, including design, pattern making, cutting, sewing, and finishing. It requires skilled artisans with the expertise to create high-quality products that can withstand the test of time.
Hand Woven rugs are flat pile rugs made of wool, cotton, jute etc.
The creation of hand knotted rugs and carpets is not an ordinary process but encompasses the knowledge and expertise that the weavers have gained with their years of experience. The excellence in this artistic craft comes by passing through one generation to another and this excellence can easily be spotted in our huge collection of hand knotted carpet and rugs. The hand knotted rug is made on a vertical loom by skilled craftsmen. Knot is made by yarn being tied on the wrap threads. Normally more than two craftsmen weave together to make the rugs. It’s a process taking a minimum of 2 months, ranging up to almost a year depending on the quality and size of carpet being woven. All our hand knotted rugs are washed after knotting. They are kept out during drying, in order to regain their rectangular shape. The surface is not cut until the rug has been washed.

The rugs is always tufted from back onto front. When all the yarn is punched into the pattern, a backing cloth/net is placed on the rug with high quality latex, to keep the fibers in place.
