A comprehensive range of Vibro Sifter is also manufactured and supplied by Shakti Engineering Works. Our specially designed products are available in three models for perfect suitability of our need. Definitionally it is a portable versatile screening machine which is used for screening a wide range of solids or liquids. Our products are easily removable and replaceable for maintenance parts which save your money and valuable time.
For different industries need we have developed different models of this product providing screening diameter of 24, 30, 32, 39, 48, 60 etc.
These sifters are fabricated at our well established and technically upgraded manufacturing plant using international and widely acceptable product design. These are specially designed to work in any environment and temperature.
Industries which use our these sifters are Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food & Spices, Fertilizers, Cosmetics, Pigment, Paint, Ceramics, and Animal Feed, Minerals, Metal Powders and many others.
Vibro Shifter are driven by vertically mounted vibratory motor having eccentric weight at the top & bottom end of the shaft. At the time of Motor rotation top weight causes vibration in Horizontal plane whereas the rotation of bottom weight causes tilt & vibrations in vertical plane. By changing their lead angle, various spiral-screening patterns are obtained to suit different application.
