Brick walls, which have been traditional to India, are time consuming to erect and costly to keep standing. Our Precast Concrete Boundary Walls overcome these handicaps of traditional brick walls. Our Precast concrete boundary walls are fast and easy to construct and have a virtually unlimited life. These walls are low maintenance and do not deteriorate with time.

Our Precast Concrete Boundary walls are made from posts erected directly into the ground which have grooves to accommodate textured panels. We currently offer boundary wall systems of 6 feet, 7 feet and 8 feet height. The textured panels are available in two varieties. Our brick finish textured panels closely resemble real bricks and create a classic ambience. Our polished finish panels create a stylish ambience while maintaining affordability.

Bird Spikes also known as pigeon spikes provide effective and humane control for pest birds and climbing animals on all types of surfaces. These spikes are commonly used by private homes and public buildings because they create an unappealing and unstable environment for birds. Installing these spikes will help you get rid of unsightly bird droppings on your property or your car which is a big nuisance to clean. Also note that no birds will be harmed as the tip of spikes is blunt.

These spikes are easy to install. They are sold in strips each of length of 13 inches. The strips can be attached one in front of another to cover any length. KK bird spikes are effortlessly installed with included 3M doublesided tape.

Precast concrete wall caps (or coping) can be placed on any wall to add protection and beauty. We offer copings in several standard sizes in varying colours and finishes (e.g., terazzo).

When deciding what size of wall cap to use, calculate the width measurement by measuring the width of the wall and adding at least 3/4" on each side for overhang. An overhang will allow the water to drip off of the edge and protect the wall beneath. For example, an 8" wall would need at least a 9 5/8" wide coping.

Copings can also be provided with drip grooves on the underside so that the rain water flows from the edge to the drip groove and drops to the ground instead of reaching the wall and leaving unsightly water marks.

Our range of tactiles are ideal as early warning indicators for pedestrian areas to warn of specific hazards or sloped areas where some traction is necessary.

We also manufacture tree surrounds which are used to beautify the area surrounding the trees. These tree surrounds are perforated so that water can reach the roots.

Spacers, also known as cover blocks, provide the specified concrete cover to the reinforcement used in RCC construction both before and during concreting. The right amount of concrete cover goes a long way in ensuring durability of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) construction.

Our Innovative dustbin consists of a FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) bin supported on a RCC (reinforced cement concrete) base. The FRP bin is roughly cylindrical in shape with a hemi-spherical bottom. The shape of the bottom of the bin renders the bin non-self supporting, i.e., without the RCC base the FRP bin will tip over. The RCC base is designed to hold the bin in a vertical position and to prevent it from flying away due to wind and other external forces. The overall design is such that the FRP bin can be easily detached and lifted off the RCC base for the purpose of emptying the garbage from the bin.
