We have a fabrication shop of 20000 SFT floor area with 20 Tons capacity materials handling facility and fully automatic CNC cutting machine for plate cutting up to 100 mm, Radial Drilling Machines , Plate Bending Machines upto 50 mm Thickness plate, Pipe Bending Machines , 250 Tons Hydraulic Press to name a few.

Air / Water Pre Heaters :Shanti Boilers Air Pre Heater / Waer pre Heater are design to utilize the high temperature flue gases and recover it, by either pre- heating combustion air going to the furnace or to heat the water at the ambient temperature to 75-80 deg c . Shanti- Thermic Fluid Heater is a forced circulation system, where oil is heated in radiant and convective coils which is circulated through a pump to the process and back . The same oil is reheated, The thermic oil flows in close circuit . These are used generally where the process temperature required in high . The thermic fluid heater is manufactured as per latest technology to ensure optimum thermal & combustion efficiency. These units are deisgned for cleaner fuels like Oil / Gas the higher heat flux ensures better heat transfer. Its valves and controls are designed for smooth and safe operations. These units are fully automatic with use of one of the best combustion systems avaliable like Bentone , Oilon , Riello as per the clients preference .
Construction:Shanti Solid fuel fired Thermic Fluid Heater assembly consists of concentric helical coils housed in a sturdy shell. The coils are manufactured out of superier BS: 3059-68/PART-II / Seamless Pipes . The plates are cut to close tolerance on automatic flame cutting machines and are welded as per standard codes.

Pulse Jet Bag Filter
Shanti pulse jet bag filters are one of the most efficient and cost effective solution for pollution control emmiting of Boilers . Its a online pulse jet bag filter, where the dust /ash from the industrial boilers gets trapped in specially installed high temperature bags through which flue gas is allowed to pass. Such dust and ash is cleaned row by row and this sequence is controlled through a controller. The dust particulars are deposited at the outer surface of the bag and are removed in a pre-timed cycle by a pulse jet of high pressure air sourced from an air compressor. This highly advanced process streamlines the dust particulars into the RAV with the help of hopper and ensures that only clean air moves out from the center of the bag & escapes out of flue gas outlet. Our bag filters are designed with optimal air to cloth ratio ensuring efficient performance.

Single Cyclone Dust Collectors
Shanti Single Cyclone Dust Collectors are designed on Vertex separation science . The dust collectors are designed so to provide cyclonic and rotation effect to separate dense particulate matter in the flue gases . A high circulating air flow is allowed to travel in a helical pattern from the top of the dust collector . This creates higher inertia and follow tight curve this ideal rotation effect will force the dense particulate mater to settle at the bottom of the cone , which in turn is removed manually or mechanically. Single Cone dust collectors are more suitable for biomass fuels like Wood , Briquettes only.

With the increasing cost of fossil fuels Shanti Boilers offers energy efficient Condensate Recovery Pump. These pumps are installed near the process. The condensate water ( at 95 Deg.C ) is pumped directly to the over head feed water tank in the Boiler house resulting in huge energy saving and fuel saving. The condensate recovery pumps also eliminates the cost of additional sump generally incurred for storage of condensate water .
Condensate Recovery Pump is used where there is indirect heating.
PRESSURE REGULATING STATION
Shanti Boilers offers Pressure Regulating Station where the process requires high volume of steam at a consistent low or high pressure. Installing a Pressure Regulating Station popularly known as PRS ensures the optimal and efficient running of the Boiler there by resulting in fuel saving.
Our Pressure Regulating Stations consist of superior quality of valves and pressure regulating valves with onsite service support.

How Efficient are Cyclone Collectors?
The particle collection efficiency of a cyclone depends on a number of factors, including the dimensions (Length and Diameter) or cyclone, the inlet gas velocity, the particle size and the dust concentration in the gas stream. Collection efficiency tends to increase when inlet gas velocity increases and when particles size and dust concentration increases. Also, smaller cyclones are usually more efficient than are larger cyclones. Large-diameter cyclones are most effective in removing relatively large particles from a gas stream.
