Double cone blender are specially useful for mixing small portion of one product with larger portion of other products. These blender are made out of stainless steel welding is done by argon arc process suitably ground and polished. The volumetric capacity is about 4 times the mixing capacity. To effectively achieve efficient mixing, the product should not be filled to more than half.
