We are bulk manufacturer of PU Foam and make a variety of Technical Foams including - Memory Foam, Flame Retardant Foam, High Resilience Foam, Soft /Hard Foam, Reticulated Foam used in various applications.
We make polyether grade lamination foam which is structurally made that there is a thickness loss after flame lamination is very minimum and it has the composite with maximum bonding strength. Consequently, the cell structure, cell size distribution, cell orientation and the porosity of the foams is tuned properly. An also, when we compressed our roll, it is having minimum thickness loss during transportation. Our grades- FMVSS 302 polyester PU Foam has a regular and fine cell structure.

This foam has 100% open cells made by thermal reticulation process.The foam blocks are placed inside high pressure reticulation chamber for charging with gas to convert it in different PPI (pores per linear inch) depending upn the customer needs.
Our reticulated foam is available in both Ester & Ether.
Ester based reticulated foam are stable with petroleum products and thus can be used effectively to mop-up and filter petroleum products.
Ether based reticulated foam are not affected by water and thus are ideal for water filtration.
Ester based automotive filters are technically superior than paper filters in terms of effeciency, life as well as reusability.

Paling is natural process caused due to oxidation which is a result of combined action of oxygen and light , especially UV light .This foam has no carbon or any other auxiliary blowing agents .This makes the foam usable in various kinds of undergarments, without harming the human body .This speciality foam provides superior thermo-formability and color stability .It has a high stability to light , obtained by means of special additives .It is environment friendly and meets ROHS and REACH standards.
The most critical aspects of UV stable foam are Hydrolysis Test ans Sun Test ( Color Fading).Resistance to light is evaluated on a weatherometer and is expressed in terms of number of hours of exposure under xenon lamp that is considered necessary to reach a certain degradation or color fading and is measured on Grey Scale Index of 1 to 5 depending upon the products and customer requirements.
