Motorised Variable Speed controlled Ring Bangle Turning Machine with Jog speed programmable controller for excellent quality. This is a motorised ring and bangle turning machine designed for both the inside and outside turning of bangles as well as rings. The machine uses standard type diamond tools used with diamond facetting machine and is supplied complete with NYLON collets. For inside turning, 25 pieces various size collect from 2" to 2.75" are supplied and for outside turning 13 pieces collets are supplied. The standard ring turning machine comes complete with suitable single phase 220 volts motor, switch, V belt and machine lamp. Necessary Sockets, mandrels, allen keys and wrench are also supplied with the machine. The photo shows our machine fitted with special jog speed controller for low speed operation for specific work. Similarly we also have programmable controller driven ring turning machine for high speed work as well.
