High % of wastage during application with rough finish. After sand cement plaster, POP punning is required for better surface. Water Curing necessary & Time Consuming Sand & cement has to be mixed at the site in different ratios that required constant monitoring. Not ready mix plaster and hence variation in mixing can occur. Sand is used as aggregate.
