Air - Powered Hydraulic Stub Puller set consists of:

• Self Tapping Spear.
• Air Powered hydrulic Pump with FRL unit.
• Stub Puller cylinder assembly (supplied in 2 models).

• Kit consist of 1 drive (BC 20 or BC 330), 4 nos. of hollow drive shafts, 1 no. of hollow driven shafts, 5 nos. of shaft coupling, drive coupling based on length of tube to be cleaned and 20 cleaning tools (carbide drill, brushes, buffing tool).

BHARTIYA Make Electric Tube Expansion System is operated by Control Panel (Electric). This tube expansion system is used mostly for tube expansion of condenser tube expanders, heat exchanger tube expanders.

The control panel unit controls automatically after reaching the required Torque, Tube Expander retracts out from the tube after pressing the reverse Button. This automatic system ensure tube are rolled to maximum tightness without excessive stress of work in Tube metal hence preventing damage at Tube ends or distorting Ligaments of Tube sheet.

Current based electric tube expansion system is suitable for tube rolling of tube OD (6.4mm) to 4 (100.4mm).

13. Forward, Reverse & Trip indication are provided on LED Indicators.
