Kinetic Air Valve

Operation :As the water is filled in the pipe line, the floats gets lifted under pressure, releasing the air pipe line through big orifice at the top of the Air Valve and closes the orifice without any leakage of water. Remaining air pockets get released through small orifice closing the small orifice with the lift of float closing the small orifice. This ensures the prevention of air back in the pipe line. As the water column separates out while emptying the pipe line, pressure goes down, at the same time floats falls down, opening the orifice and the air get breathed in. This prevents pipe from collapsing. Tamper Proof Design :Air Valve may also be provided in Temper Proof Design to stop the theft of Water from the valves in pipelines by tampering. Such Valves eliminate the huge wastage of "the most precious resource". Details :
