The Vibro Sifters are widely used in chemical, food processing and other Industries, for continuous gradation. The motor is mounted vertically at the centre of the screening assembly, on a circular base by means of springs, which allow the Unit to vibrate freely. The springs absorb the vibrations and prevent them to be transmitted on the floor.

Starch Paste Vessel/ Kettle is a hemispherical vessel with jacket mounted on trunnion that is supported with the help of a shaft. The kettle is provided with an anchor type beater for mixing the binder materials or the paste with multiple speed option. This unit is mainly used in granulation department for melting starch. Fluid Bed Dryer are most suitable for drying granular, crystalline, coarse or similar materials in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, dyes, food & allied industries. It is also possible to dry fine crystals or coarse materials in fluid bed dryers.

Fluid Bed Dryers can be supplied in electric heating, steam heating or hot water/coil circulation system. Electrically heated dryers are provided with electric heating elements & are suitable to raise temperature by about 70 (i.e. from 30 to 100 ). Similarly steam operated dryers are provided with steam radiator suitable to raise air temperature by about 60 to 70 Depending upon pressure on steam. Generally dryers bigger than 60 are incorporated with steam heating system, as steam heating is more economical.

Spray Coating Unit is suitable for film coating of tablet and granules. It consists mainly pressure vessel, pneumatic motor with stirrer, spray nozzle assembly and necessary controls. The position of spray nozzle can be adjusted at required angles. The tank is pressurized by compressed air to get uniform atomized conical spray through specially designed S.S nozzle. Needle valves are provided to control air flow and liquid .Vessel top is provided with charging hole, safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve, air inlet and liquid outlets. This unit is useful in flameproof area.

Homogenizers are useful for making suspensions, emulsions and homogeneous solutions. They are very useful in food and pharma industries for making syrups, juices, etc. They are also used for crushing and mixing of two or more products.

The homogenizing head consists of stator and rotor arrangement made out of S.S. 316 quality. The stator is steel supporting rods and the rotor is driven by suitable motor. Telescopic stand for above homogenizer is made out of S.S 304. Worm and worm wheel to lift by handle.
