Starch Paste Vessels

Starch Paste Vessel/ Kettle is a hemispherical vessel with jacket mounted on trunnion that is supported with the help of a shaft. The kettle is provided with an anchor type beater for mixing the binder materials or the paste with multiple speed option. This unit is mainly used in granulation department for melting starch. Hemispherical vessel provided with jacket for steam heating. Additionally, it is insulated with glass wool or ceramic material for safety and to prevent heat loss. Jacket provided with standard steam fittings like pressure gauge, air vent safety valve, steam inlet and condensate outlet.
