This is a general purpose batch reaction distillation unit to be operated at atmospheric pressure or vacuum. While heating bath heats and evaporates the contents of the vessel, the stirrer agitates to avoid heat spots. Vapors enter the condenser through reflux divider and get condensed. The condensate is then cooled by a product cooler and collected into a receiver. The unit is complete with a spherical vessel, drain valve, heating bath, thermometer pocket, liquid additional vessel, stirring assembly with drive, coil condenser, reflux divider, product cooler and receiver with drain valve.

This is a semi-batch unit designed for solid-liquid extraction as a means of separation. The solid to be extracted is put inside a glass fiber bag and is placed in the extraction vessel. Solvent in the reactor is boiled and condensed, and passed to the extraction vessel, from where extract is mixed with the solvent and passes to the reboiler. The process is repeated until extraction is complete. Solution is again evaporated to obtain the extract. The unit is complete with spherical vessel, heating bath, condenser, reflux divider, extraction vessel, and necessary pipelines and valves. The unit can be supplied with solvent feed arrangement either from the top /or from the bottom, or with both arrangements. The unit is available in vessel size of 10, 20, 50, 100 Ltr.

Vessels provide the optimum solution for every requirement encountered in practice because of the wide range of types available. Vessels in either basic or jacketed form are essential components of many units, and plants, both large and small. They can be combined with various components such as Vessel Covers, Stirrers, stirrer drives and heat exchangers to construct a widely varying range of stirred units and reaction units. The range is supplemented by complete assemblies such as mobile vessels, horizontal separators and cyclones.
In most of glass plants, vessels are used as reactors, receivers, separators and measuring or feed vessels.
Vessels are available in spherical shape from 5 to 500Ltr. and in cylindrical shape from 5 to 800Ltr. capacity.
Cylindrical vessels can be supplied with metal /glass jacket also.
All Vessels are provided with a bottom outlet for which a suitable valve can be chosen from range of valves.

Vapors of low boiling liquid enter into condenser, get condensed and collected in twin receivers. From the final receiver, distillate can be removed without breaking the vacuum. The unit is complete with a spherical vessel, drain valve, heating bath, thermometer pocket, liquid addition vessel, agitator, packed column, coil condenser, product cooler and twin receivers.

Condensate then is either refluxed back or collected into a container or receiver. The unit is complete with adaptor plate, bellow, column, pipe line, coil condensers, vent, reflux line and drain valve. A receiver with drain valve can be added optionally. Refer selection chart for different options available for couplings, structure, receiver vessels etc. The unit is available for GL Reactors 63Ltr. to 3000Ltr. Glass Assembly for bigger capacity GLRs can be designed on request.

Sight glass is a device used between any kind of non-transparent pipelines to observe the flow of liquid. This can be used both in horizontal as well as vertical pipeline. Sight glass is constructed in such a way that it gives a complete view from every angle.
A sight glass consists of one glass pipe section, one metal frame, a pair of PTFE bushes and washers and an acrylic cover. Borosilicate pipe section is highly heat resistant, has excellent chemical resistance and has low thermal expansion. Metal frame is composed of two flanges which are welded with studs so that the stresses and vibrations of the pipeline do not transfer to the glass pipe section. Its check nut keeps the glass pipe section in compression and provides ease in replacement.
PTFE bushes on both sides of glass pipe section ensures that liquid in the pipeline does not come in contact with metal frame. PTFE washers are used as gaskets while fitting the sight glass in the pipeline. Acrylic cover covers the glass pipe section and protects it from outer damages.
