The Company has established a Garment unit near Coimbatore in the State of Tamil Nadu to manufacture knitted Garments, with a Capacity to produce 10, 00, 000 pieces per year . Garment facilities are fully equipped with state of art equipments and robust systems of producing inner & outer wear. With the top quality of raw material, modern machinery and efficient production techniques, we manufacture premium quality products at competitive prices.

The Processing Division located at Perundurai, Tamil nadu which provides a high quality solution for textile dying, printing, as well as finishing needs. Our production facilities contain innovative and reliable systems to match up to all levels of processing requirements. We are well equipped with a range of imported and Indian machinery for dying, padding, drying, printing, continuous washing, and stentering. We will be providing International Certification for our processes like OekoTex and GOTS.

Knitting The Knitting Division stated in the year 2009 unit is located at Karanampattai, Tiruppur dist, Tamil nadu. The unit is having manufacturing facility of Grey Single Jersey, Interlock, Rib fabrics, diameter ranging from 20” to 36”. Knitting Division produces 300000 meters of fabric per year.

The Unit is specialized in the production of 100% cotton yarn for knitting and currently manufactures major counts between Ne 201 to 401. Strong brand loyalty has been established in major knitting centres like Tirupur, Kolkatta, Kanpur and around 25% of the production is exported to Far East European countries.

Spinning unit II was started in the year 2009 with the factory at Kodangipalayam Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District, Tamilnadu. The Plant is having 52944 spindles and manufacturing 100% cotton yarn in the count ranges from Ne.16s to Ne.40s, Combed-Compact, Slubyarn and 100% Rayyon in Ne.30s to Ne.34s. The production capacity is 38 tons of cotton yarn per day.

Our coating facilities are capable of manufacturing water based coated fabric and working width of 2.5 meters. A unique coating head for precise coating from 20Gsm to 200Gsm with capacity of 300000 meters per month. We are one of India’s major supplier of coating products which caters to domestic and export market.

The company has 78 Wind Mills with a total installed capacity of 28.435 MW. The windmills are situated at Sanganeri, Tirunelveli district, Gudimangalam Athukinathupatti & Uthukuli village Coimbatore district and Munduvelampatti Tirupur district. Windmills are of different capacities ranging from 225 kw to 1650 kw. Most of the wind power produced is captively consumed by the spinning units.
