Panels can be designed to suit any site conditions, front and rear cable  access options available as standard.

Main bus bars can be positioned at the top, bottom or rear of the panel. Panels can be arranged as 'U-Shape', 'T-Shape' & 'L-Shape' etc. Droppers and risers can sit in the side or rear of the compartments. Outgoing cables can be arranged at the left, right, top or bottom. So there  are no limitations.

Unlike conventional distribution panels that require extensive wiring and communication cables, ports and marshalling chambers. Whereas ethernet ready panel integrates easily into any management system without requirement of cables, ports and marshalling chambers.

It has the ability to have real time and historical knowledge of conditions upto 30 factors that affect motors and their control. It also has the ability to provide remote or automatic control of motors and the complete process of plant. These factors in turn affect plant reliability and system efficiency. Imcc represents the flexible and modular management-system for motors in the low voltage range which can be easily and directly connected to superior automation system. It covers all functional requirements, including safety-related disconnection of the motor feeder and automation system.

Draw out type mcc pcc panels as the name itself indicates that each compartment is draw-out type in it. The design meets technical requirement of all kind of critical industries such as glass, cement, steel, chemical, fertilizers & many other process plants. Our designs are capable of accommodating any make of switchgears and are suitable to build intelligent mcc's also in these draw-out panels.

Power Control Center, as the name itself indicates, is the central control unit of power distribution of any industrial or commercial structure. PCC is a fully compartmentalized, Fixed or Draw-out type panels. It is comprised of all necessary protection for DG sets & transformers. PCC Panels handles a very high current and low voltage. These are available with a variety of switchgears such as ACB MCCB SFUs'.

Shivalic is prominent in manufacturing and supplying of a wide array of MCC (Motor Control Center) Panel. These are offered in a wide variety such as single front and double front with ACB MCCB, SFU, DOL, Star-Delta, VFD & Soft Starters. This control centre can be fixed type or draw-out type construction. Equipped with an automatic manual means of starting and stopping of the motor, this motor control centre is excessively used for reducing start voltage and reverse controlling as our requirement and for protection against overloads and faults.

Double busbar panel is having two main busbar systems, separately for each power source like state power or captive power. Normally in double busbar scheme each circuit is connected to both the buses. In some cases half of the load can be connected and operated on each busbar, in these cases bus or circuit breaker failure would cause loss to half of the section. In double busbar arrangement two breakers are provided for each circuit to ensure the supply of power if any of sources fails. Double busbar and double breaker scheme provides high reliability in the case of fault.

Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel consists of a number of capacitors that are switched automatically by means of contactors thyristors. These switching devices are controlled by a regulator that measures power factor in an electrical network. Depending on the load and power factor of the network, the power factor controller will switch the necessary blocks of capacitors in steps to make sure the power factor stays above a selected value.

A Power Distribution Board Panel is used to distribute electrical power to numerous individual circuits or consumer points, is taken in from the transformer or an upstream panel. A Distribution Board typically has a single or multiple incoming power sources and includes main circuit breakers and residual current or earth leakage protection devices. It is comprised of a free standing enclosure, a bus bar system, MCCB's, metering and support equipment and required current transformers. Panels are assembled in a systematic manner such as incomer section and outgoing section.

DG Synchronizing panel as the name itself indicates, synchronizes the power of two or more power sources like DGs, Turbines etc. SHIVALIC is involved in the Manufacturing and Supplying of high performing controller based DG Synchronization Panels. The range of Synchronization Panels comes complete with Protection Relays capable of synchronizing of more than two DG sets upto 12 numbers, with necessary protections.

Automatic Change-over Panel, as the name itself indicates, automatically changeover the supply between mains and standby gensets.
