We manufacture Shivapol 211 and Shivanate 003, the chemical setup required for the production of integral skin foam. Shivapol 211 is a formulated polyol premixed with blowing agent (can also be provided without blowing agent), while Shivanate 003 serves as the hardener.

Integral skin foam is produced by the in situ reaction of Shivapol 211 with Shivanate 003 inside the mould. A 2-3 mm thick integral skin gets developed on the foam.

Thermosetting road marking materials include Shivapol 1101 and Shivapol 1102. While Shivapol 1101 is meant as a retroreflective marking, Shivapol 1102 is non-reflective in nature. They are available in colors of white and yellow.

Shivabond 360is a specifically formulated aliphatic non-yellowing, two-component air-drying polyurethane coating. Shivabond 366is a specifically formulated polyurea (a type of elastomer) coating produced by the reaction of an isocyanate component with an amine blend. It has unique physical properties and rapid cure characteristics. It is ideally suited for waterproofing due to its ability to bridge hairline cracks on concrete surfaces.

Shivabond 615is a specifically formulated, single component PU elastomeric coating, which is used for water proofing on PU foam, RCC and other metallic & non-metallic surfaces.

Shivabond 903is a specifically formulated, two component polyurethane system to be used for various applications. It is used in a variety of industries such as construction (building facades, floor slabs, glazed tiles, in flooring and lining of tanks etc.), transport (under deck coating in vehicles, flooring of railway coaches), water resource management (interior lining of canals) etc.

Polyurethane based adhesives are used for bonding different materials and as such are used in the production of oil filters, air filters etc. We manufacture 4 types of polyurethane adhesives, namely: Shivapol 214 is a PU based filled adhesive used for producing oil and air filters that find extensive use in the automotive industries. It has excellent bonding properties. Due to the fact that it cures at room temperature, it is quite easy to use. In addition to the oil and air filters used in automobiles, Shivapol 214 is also used to produce other types of industrial filters.
