Fabiflu Tablet is an antiviral medicine. It has recently been approving for the treatment of mild coronavirus disease , So It inhibits an enzyme called RNA polymerase that helps the virus make more copies of itself. This way, it decreases the viral load in the body.
Uses of Favipiravir 200 mg Tablet
Take Fabiflu Tablet only as per the dose and duration suggested by your doctor. Do not self-medicate, So This medicine’s most common side effects include the increased uric acid level in the blood, diarrhea, decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), and increased liver enzymes. If any of these side effects bother you, consult with your doctor.
Fabiflu Tablet is not recommending for pregnant women to be pregnant or breastfeeding, as it can cause harmful effects to the developing baby. Also, inform your doctor if you have a history of hypersensitivity to this drug, have abnormalities in uric acid metabolism, or have gout.
Antiflu is an antiviral medication used for influenza (flu). Results from a hospital in Wuhan, China were not promising. Of 138 hospitalized patients, 124 got Tamiflu along with other medications. By the end of the study, 85 patients (62%) were still hospitalized and 6 had died. Nonetheless, several clinical trials are currently looking at Tamiflu in combination with other medications for coronavirus.
