Coil Heaters Coil heaters are an advanced concept of thermal engineering having construction similar to high watt density cartridge heaters. These heaters are also know as high performance tubular heater or cable heaters. Construction of these heaters consists of compacted MgO, high temperature resistance wire and stainless tube. These heaters can be developed with or without built thermocouples. We can use these heaters where space availability for heating is limited and are usually used on hot runner nozzles, manifolds. packaging machine etc. Coil Heaters from 268 watt/230 volt to 2000 watt/230 volt are there with 1.8 x 19mm diameter and 17mm diameter are available.
These heaters are fitted into special clamps to tighten over circular parts for heating purposes.
