Ladle Nozzle Filling Compound is Chromite, Zirconia, Alumina and Silica based SBR-LN that is custom-made according to the prevailing plant practice. Ladle Nozzle Filling Compound is designed on the most successful combination of ingredients in controlled sizes in appropriate ratios as revealed by experiments in simulation conditions. Ladle Nozzle Filling Compound gives free openings consistently, reduces ladle turnaround time, offer more production of better quality due to greatly reduced lancing and effective coating technique makes it less polluting.

We offer a wide gamut of SBR- TN or Tundish Nozzle Filling Compound which is highly refractory material with uniform grading. Our Tundish Nozzle Filling Compound is used in tundish slide gates which ensures free opening of tundish by preventing lancing and jamming of liquid steel at nozzle opening.
We offer high quality SBR- TCC or Tundish Covering Compound. It is a neutral covering compound that has an inherent advantage of having higher melting point over the conventional practices of acidic covering compounds. Tundish Covering Compound can be made to expand to about 0.25 to 1.5 times its original volume, hence gives better insulation than others, and also it reduces the consumption when compared to conventional covering compounds.
Application Rate : Up to 1 Kg per ton of steel depending upon prevailing plant conditions.
