The semi automatic cap sealing machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine. Machine is motorized incorporating rotating threading & sealing rollers, for threading & sealing of ROPP cap.

From the sterilizing tunnel the empty sterilized vials are routed to the infeed turn table. Guides are provided in the turn table which properly aligns the empty vials and passes it to the conveyor. The conveyors takes the vial to the filling unit. A chamber type arrangement is provided for the pre gasing of nitrogen into the vials. The flushing of nitrogen takes place before the filling unit. No vial no filling sensor is provided to avoid the wastage of costly powder. The vials are held under the powder wheel by a pair of timed vial separators. The timing of the vial separator are adjusted in sequence with the intermittent motion of the powder wheel.This machine is equipped with canister loading arrangement in which the canister is fitted on top of the powder hopper. From the powder hopper the powder is drawn by vacuum in to the powder wheel. Vacuum is applied through the nylon tips filter which is fitted on top of the piston inside the powder wheel. The carbonated filling Tri-bloc is used to bottle carbonated beverage, sparkling soft drinks, flavored soft drink with Co2.and so on in PET Bottles. This machine is integrated with washing, filling and capping in one machine. It takes bottle handling technology, which makes changing different size bottle more easily. OPERATION :

Three-cycle rinsing allows flexibilities of various wash cycles such as fresh water, dematerialized water etc. as per the rinsing requirement of bottle. All the pumps are made of SS and all the water contact parts are made of SS 316 on a heavy base of SS structure.

In tunnel design is such that separation is maintained between feeding zone and discharge zone of the cleaned containers. All the mechanical drives are separated and isolated from the washing zone. Approved materials only are used for construction, together with a careful choice of components, thereby taking in to consideration all aspects of sanitation and consequence complying with the pharmaceutical G.M.P. requirements.

The quality of rinsing is ensured through 3 sets of inner and 2 sets of outer nozzles accurately placed to direct the jet at center of the bottle and the bottle comes out with water totally drained with minimum droplets of water.
