Cationic Flocculent for Dewatering application (Grade WT2001
WT2001 is high efficient polyelectrolyte, specially designed for dewatering application in the solid-liquid separation process. Its applications include sedimentation, thickening and clarification of suspension, clarification of aqueous liquor/fatty acids by sedimentation, filtration, centrifugation, dewatering of sludge/pulp for the recovery of liquor. The product is also best suited for the effluent in the paper industry, textile industry and in the systems where the suspended solids load is substantially high.
WT2001 is having an cationic character due to which the suspended impurities present in the effluent in the form of silt, color and suspended solids to form flock. These flock in course of time gets aggregated and settles in the clarifier as sludge resulting in crystal clear supernatant water and it make the flock compact by removing maximum water. The product is having a unique nature of working in any pH ranges.
