Developed by using sophisticated techniques, our round vacuum oven is fabricated using qualitative stainless steel. Used in diverse industrial applications, our ovens can made tailored as per the requirements of our clients.

This industrial oven is specially designed as per guideline of GMP supplied with IQ, OQ & PQ Document with Calibration report for PID Controller.

Specifications :

• Triple Walled construction.
• Inner made of S.S.316 Mirror polished
• Outer made of S.S.304 Dull finish.
• Gap Between the two walled filled with high grade glass wool insulation of 65 mm
• Heating Element is made of S.S. ‘U’ type tubular Nichrome wire with S.S. Sheathing.
• Heaters are placed at the right & left side of the inner chamber.
• PID Controller with auto tuning facility with double display to view set & current temp.
• Temp. Range 50 C to 250 C
• Silicon rubber gasket fitted on door to prevent lost of heat.
• Control Switch & pilot lamp are fitted on front panel supplied with S.S. Rod Type Jali.
• Ble controller with 8 steps

Optional Accessories :

• Digital timer to cut off the heater at set intervals PID controller with printer interface to record set valves & actual valves data 7 Timer.
• Single 4 point/8 point data logger.
• Air circulation for uniform Temp. Throughout chamber.

Specifications of vacuum oven :

• Double walled.
• Inside chamber constructed with thick stainless steel 304 Quality.
• Out side chamber manufactured with mild steel sheet pre greased, pretreated and powder coated for rust proofing.
• Proper glass wool insulation between the chambers to prevent heat loss.
• Operating temperature ranges from 50°C to 200"C with -2°C accuracy. Uniform drying through vacuum.
• Precise Vacuum control upto 30Hg, which are displayed on Analog gauge.
• For quick and uniform heating, the vacuum chamber is fiited with set of high quality heaters.
• Digital temp indicator cum controller helps in controlling the temperature.
• The Door has a thick tempered toughened glass window and is properly sealed with silicon rubber gasket for observation without disturbing thermal condition.
• Control panel on the front panel, with temperature controller, switches and indicating lamps.

• Inner chamber made of S.S. and outer made of Mild steel with Powder coating.
• Gap between the walls fitted with glass wool insulation to avoid heat loses.
• Heating elemets are made of high grade chrome plated microme wire.
• Temp. is controlled by thermostat.
• Temp. range 50 degree c to to 250 degree c and Accuracy  +-2 degree c.
• Air ventilations are placed on top of both sides to remove hot gases / fumes.
• In memmert type units heaters palced at the right and left side of inner chamber.
• All the control switches & pilot lamps are fitted on the front of panel.
• Trays should be supplied with G.I wire mesh.
