Available from 7.5 hp to 35 hp OM paddy thresher consists of worm type threshing cylinder, oscillating box, winnowing and cleaning attachment, feeding chute etc. The body is made of high quality steel and sheets to withstand maximum wear and tear. these threshers can be operated both with motor and diesel engine tractors. during threshing the paddy crop's straw is separated from grain by worm type cylinder. The straw is thrown out from the machine with the help of blower. Other impurities like dust/dirt are thrown out through other outlet. Extra blower is provided for cleaning of grains, which clears the left-over impurities. our paddy thresher is also available with the straw walkers. In these threshers, straw is thrown back by straw walkers.

We manufacture multicrop thresher. The crops like red gram, mustard, sorghum soyabean, wheat, millets etc, can be threshed with this thresher as it designed with latest technology. Double speed system This special provision is made to control the higher strike of threshing rotor to avoid any breakage of grain during threshing. Rpm of threshing drum and suction blower can be increased or decreased as and when required mentioned as under: • Threshing drum 500 to 720 rpm • Suction blower 750 to 950 rpm 1. Threshing rotor and double speed system duly balanced by computerized system. For Easy and smooth feeding conveyer is provided. 2. First the crop is cut by the blades then moves to pegs for threshing. 3. 50percent more output than other threshers.

We manufacture chaff cutter. • Works on 3 HP three phase motor or any diesel engine of the same power. • Output 200 kg to 250 kgs per hour • Length of cut 3/8” to ½’’ and ½’’ to 5/8’’ • RPM required 300 to 350. • Before starting the machine, fill the main gear box with 200 to 250 ml lubricating oil no 90 and the outer gear box with 100 to 150 ml lubricating oil no 90. • Never use any blank oil or any used oil. • Always keep the blades sharp. Keep a distance of 1/16’’ or min. 1.5 mm between the blade and the mouth piece. The bevel pinion gear system is used because of this system you can change the motions (Reverse, Forward) instantly. This is a great advantage for the machine operator. It prevents the hand from goin into the chaff cutter as well as choking of the machines.
