Chaff Cutter

We manufacture chaff cutter.
• Works on 3 HP three phase motor or any diesel engine of the same power.
• Output 200 kg to 250 kgs per hour
• Length of cut 3/8” to ½’’ and ½’’ to 5/8’’
• RPM required 300 to 350.
• Before starting the machine, fill the main gear box with 200 to 250 ml lubricating oil no 90 and the outer gear box with 100 to 150 ml lubricating oil no 90.
• Never use any blank oil or any used oil.
• Always keep the blades sharp. Keep a distance of 1/16’’ or min. 1.5 mm between the blade and the mouth piece.
The bevel pinion gear system is used because of this system you can change the motions (Reverse, Forward) instantly. This is a great advantage for the machine operator. It prevents the hand from goin into the chaff cutter as well as choking of the machines.
