Volumetric/Vacuum or Auger base Powder Filling

Rotary Fillers provide high speeds for even the most demanding production environments. Rotary filling systems operate continuously with product dispensed into funnels traveling on a circular, multi-position turret. Containers are transported to the turret by an integral in feed conveyor. Timing screw and star wheel components space and position containers into the turret. Variable speed vacuum wheel/Auger drives operate continuously to dispense product accurately. Production rates (c.p.m.) are adjusted by varying turret speeds.

Auger based Linear Filling

Using a wide variety of standard to custom auger tooling/accessories, we easily handle all applications. Typical volumetric fill accuracy of +/- 2% to 3% is guaranteed regardless of the application.
