We are offering automatic external filled vial washing machine. Complete cgmp construction & design can handle vial sizes from 5 ml ( 25mm) to 100 ml ( 54mm) with only change part of vial separators for proper positive feeding with required intervals 'no vial no washing' & 'no vial no air' system eliminates wastage of water & air. Machine is equipped with plc system. Has polycarbonate guards on machine. Machine stops if water in storage tanks's level goes below minimum & there is no inflow triggering alarms. Machine stops if the compressed air pressure drops below the set pressure and triggers alarms. Machine stops if any toppled vial inserts the track of the machine

• The machine will have one hopper & one wheel.
• Negligible powder spillage will be there between hopper & wheel.

We offer Saline Bottle Inspection Machine.The inspections machine is used to check Saline bottles cosmetically. The bottles fed from the input are fed in tilted condition to an particular angle by channels provided at the input of the machine. Then the bottles are conveyed through the Nylon Roller conveyor where the rollers are rotated on its axis alongwith the indexing which leads to agitate the bottles, so the periphery of the bottles, bottom, sealing area & area checked through rear mirrors are visible to the magnifying lens, and related rejected bottles are ejected manually by the operators, and rest of the bottles are allowed to proceed further to the channels which exist the same for further operation.
