A medium duty castor wheel assembly manufactured using a new concept by merging convenience and cost effectiveness of pressed steel castor and sturdiness of fabricated castor , integrating best of both the worlds, A maintainable castor manufactured out of 6mm cold rolled MS sheets, having an integrally welded solid king pin in a robust Sturdy steel welded construction that neither stretches nor breaks loose ensuring excellent impact & shock resistance. Due to Special tailor made double thrust bearings it gives an extremely long life and smooth unhindered swivel action as compared to pressed steel or conventional forged steel castors. Provision of grease nipple for periodic greasing makes it economical to maintain and enhances the castor life, the replacement of worn out parts is also possible after prolonged use (unlike sheet metal or forged castors).
These lattices have the wooden/Solid pvc lags fastened underneath the PVC coated multi- ply polyester web conveyor belt and the pins pierce through the conveyor. These lattices provide very good sealing so that the belt interior stays clean. These are antistatic, chemical resistant and the smooth surface makes cleaning extremely convenient for easy changing of batches.
We are undertaking up gradation of old MBOs by replacing old metallic spiked rolls & Spiked Lattices with precision made matched wooden spiked lattices and wooden spiked evener and stripper rollers having stipulated space gauging & teeth meshing . The increased number of spiked lags on the striper roll & the Spiked Lattice considerably improves the efficiency of the machine; which saves power consumption and labour & improves the mixing & blending of material.
Impact resistance, light weight, hard PVC lags of Ivory color are used to manufacture these lattices. These lattices are easy to maintain & clean, are resistant to water & diluted acids or Alkaline solutions, as well as other chemical influences. These are suitable for all requirements in modern fibre material productions specially Wool Spinning mills, Dye mills and Non woven for conveying fibrous materials.

The spiked lattices manufactured using Aluminium lags can be equipped with heavy duty Nylon Sandwich Leather/Rubber belting or be built using PVC coated multi layered polyester web conveyor belt made endless by extremely durable, double finger- welded joint. These are very stable, highly durable, totally antistatic, chemical resistant & have a smooth surface.
PVC / PU coated polyester web conveyor belts being manufactured are of European origin, these are 100% polyester, base fabric coated with abrasion resistant PVC, which ensures Good tracking, minimum edge wear, excellent lateral stability and Flex fatigue resulting in long life. The Vulcanized Joint is almost as strong as the original belt.
Flat top plate, double ball race castors have the balls running in special V cross section tracks which reduces friction , distributing the radial shock loads and weight bearing thrust loads over the entire swivel bearing, eliminating over stressing of the swivel bearing at one point, and therefore premature kingpin failure.
These parts are manufactured to precision mirror images and are put together by a heavy steel kingpin rivet, and secured by orbital formation. Special care has been taken to increase the strength of the castor by incorporating contours & rib enforcements in the sheet metal parts where ever possible. The precise formation and assembly of each part improves the swivel action to the castor and reduces the play in the moving parts increasing the service life of the castor wheel assembly.
Polypropylene impact co polymer is a thermo plastic polymer & wheels are produced by injection moulding process & has very god mechanical, thermal & chemical resistance properties. Polymer wheels have high load capacities are light weight, clean & used with the minimum of lubrication. They are virtually non marking and cause very little floor damage. They are reistant to oils, fats, alkalies in general soaps & detergents.
