Industrial Decoiler

We take care that these industrial decoilers are constructed from superior grade material of construction by utilizing latest technology as per the industry standards.
Both motorized as well as non-motorized decoilers are available. This is used along with Straightener and feeder in order to automate the process for power press. This is used to hold the coil of sheet and de-coil the sheet as per the speed of power press. De-coiler posses the following characteristics:

  • Heavy fabricated base,
  • Self-Centering type Jaws (4 Nos.)
  • Easy opening & closing of jaws controlled by handle
  • Loop control System to control the speed of decoiling in case of Motorized and mechanical break in case of non-motorized
  • Safety Covers to avoid accident;
    Decoiles are manufactured according to requirement of customer. The details of our standard models are as below:
