Available in different grades, the Tamarind Seeds are grounded to powder in such a manner that their nutritious properties are preserved. Following the grounding process, the Tamarind Seeds are roasted and decorticated. Further, the kernels of the Tamarind Seeds are separated by color to obtain a rich Tamarind Kernel Powder.
