METAL ENFORCED TRUCK FLOORING Plywood

Due to metal enforcement, this densified ply does not bend. It has high load bearing capacity. During the manufacturing of metal enforced ply, sheets of metal wires are assembled in between the layers and it is bonded with PF resin in high pressure hydraulic press.

  1. Cleaning and oiling the surface increasing the life of plywood.
  2. Use screws to fix shuttering plywood.
  3. Store it properly stacked under a shed.
  4. Care should be taken during transport to avoid scratches.
  5. Should be recoated with mould oil before the next use.
  6. The edges of a board in pack shall be in a straight vertical line.

Dont

  1. Side screwing & nailing strictly prohibited.
  2. Dont use the material without suitable mould oil.
  3. Dont allow the material to fell down from top/certain height of the building.
  4. The plywood shall not be dragged over one another as this would scratch the surface.
  5. Dont allow the material to use without sealants at the cut edges.
