De-metallization means removal of metallization fromsome parts of the hologram. It is a process of removing the metalized coating in whole area or specific areas to form security patterns or design enhancements.

De-metallization is one of the highest security level hologram technologies. In De-metalized hologram we have a combination of holographic part and non-holographic part which makes it different and unique. The achromatic white portion below in the hologram can be utilized for various numbering and barcodes as per customer requirement to enhance the security and authenticity.

This is a high security feature whereby the logo or name of the user Company can be made visible under the de-metalized portion. When an attempt is made to peel the Hologram, This feature will get tempered like rest of the holograms. Hence it provides effective protection against duplication, contact printing and other counterfeit methods.
